Cinzia Bergaglio and her family farm vineyards around Rovereto di Gavi and Tassarolo in southern Piedmont, a landscape historically devoted to the Cortese grape.

Gavi lies close to the Ligurian mountains and sea. Calcareous clay soils give Cortese tension, while the local climate preserves the freshness that makes the wine such a natural match for seafood.
