GRÜNER VELTLINER FEDERSPIEL
Wachau · Grüner Veltliner
Juicy Grüner Veltliner from the terraces above the Danube.
01 · Winery
A Wachau family since 1842
The Frischengruber family has been rooted in the Wachau since 1842. Sandra and Georg now run the organically farmed estate with a focus on healthy soils and detailed manual work.
Gentle pressing, natural fermentations and extended time on fine lees preserve both the energy of the grape and the character of the Danube terraces.
02 · Place
Terraces on the right bank of the Danube
Rossatz faces Dürnstein across the Danube. Terraced vineyards, lean stony soils and the movement of air through the valley combine ripe fruit with cool mineral freshness.

Winemaking with purpose
