Château Escot
CHÂTEAU ESCOT CRU BOURGEOIS
Médoc AOP · Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon & Petit Verdot
A mature Cru Bourgeois showing classic Médoc fruit, cedar and elegant structure.
01 · Winery
A family estate on the Médoc peninsula
Château Escot is based in Lesparre-Médoc between the Atlantic Ocean and the Gironde estuary. The maritime climate helps Cabernet and Merlot ripen while retaining freshness.
The estate makes several red cuvées, from the approachable Forêt Escot to the more structured Château Escot Cru Bourgeois.
02 · Place
Médoc between ocean and estuary
The Atlantic and Gironde moderate temperatures across the peninsula. Merlot brings round fruit while Cabernet Sauvignon supplies freshness and structure.

Winemaking with purpose
Cold maceration extends contact between juice and skins, building colour and fruit. Time and oak bring tannin, vanilla and wood into a harmonious whole.
